Meet Our Founders

Lead Educator

Sarah Plassman RN, BSN

Sarah is a registered nurse with a passion for educating families. With experience in NICU and pediatric care, both in inpatient and outpatient settings, she specializes in supporting newborns and their parents. Her goal is to help families feel confident and prepared to care for their infants by providing a safe, supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and learn essential skills. Sarah believes that parents are their child's first love, teacher, advocate, and protector—and she is dedicated to helping them thrive in those roles.

Jordan Bjorkman BS

Jordan has a strong background in business operations and management. He handles the business side of things, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently. With a focus on growth and community, Jordan is committed to creating a supportive environment for families while allowing Sarah to lead the educational efforts. His goal is to provide the resources and support needed to help parents feel confident and empowered on their parenting journey.
