We understand that life with a little one can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Classes & Events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class or event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund, but we are happy to reschedule you for a future session if space allows.

• Private Consultations (Lactation): Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled class or consultation and fail to notify us in advance, no refund will be provided.

• Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule any class or consultation without penalty if 24 hour notice is provided.
